The Challenge
OwnerCo’s original website and branding served as a functional starting point but lacked the depth, custom feel, and visual impact their growing reputation demanded. The site felt too much like a stock template without the polish and authority expected from a premium M&A firm. To better connect with business owners and private equity firms, the brand needed more dimension and authority while maintaining its emphasis on exclusivity and trust.
The SOlution
Through our multi-faceted brand strategy process, we designed a complete visual identity system for OwnerCo. The logomark, graphic elements, and overall aesthetic were specifically crafted to resonate with their target audience while also reflecting the premium experience they offer. The system was supported with an elevated color palette, modern typography, and refined graphic patterns, brought together into comprehensive brand guidelines. To ensure consistency and longevity, the brand guide includes direction for extended applications including digital ads, business cards, email signatures, etc.
We also designed and developed a responsive, custom Hubspot website with curated photography and dynamic videos that is immersive and conveys legacy and warmth.

With a newly designed custom brand system, OwnerCo stepped into the market with a stronger, more authoritative identity. The custom website brings clarity and energy to their digital presence, moving beyond a generic template to deliver sophistication and impact. Together, the new brand guidelines, visual identity, and applications positioned OwnerCo as a trusted partner in M&A, instilling confidence in both sellers and buyers while setting the stage for scalable growth.
